Why we built a proper booking system
Walk-in queues waste everyone's time. We introduced a slot-based appointment system so that every person who comes to Betanbeta knows exactly when they'll be seen and what to bring. When you book, you pick a date and a one-hour window. We keep a strict limit on how many slots we open per day so that no appointment ever gets rushed. By the time you arrive, the relevant team member has already reviewed your request, prepared what's needed, and cleared their schedule for you. The result is a visit that usually takes half the time of an unplanned walk-in.
How to book your appointment
Get a reminder the day before
We send a text or email reminder 18 hours before your slot. If something changes, you can reschedule up to four hours before the appointment time.
Walk in to a prepared team
Your booking notes travel with your slot. The team member you meet already knows the reason for your visit — no need to repeat yourself from scratch.
Appointment limits and realistic expectations
We open a capped number of slots each day, which means popular time windows — particularly Saturday mornings — book up in advance. If you have a time-sensitive need, we strongly encourage booking at least two days ahead. We cannot guarantee same-day availability during busy periods, and we do not overbook slots to compensate. What we can guarantee is that when your slot arrives, it's yours.
